​Daan Bhaav Foundation (daanbhaavfoundation.org) is a registered Section 8 non-profit organization dedicated to rural development, child education, and community transformation. To protect the financial integrity of our charitable missions and ensure on-ground transparency, we maintain a strict and legally binding Refund Policy as detailed below:
​1. Absolute Nature of Donations (No Cancellation)
​All contributions made to Daan Bhaav Foundation through our website, official UPI IDs, QR codes, or direct bank transfers are entirely voluntary and considered irrevocable gifts for social welfare. Once a donation is successfully processed, no requests for cancellation, modification, or refund will be entertained under normal circumstances.
​2. Strict Exemption for 80G Tax Receipts
​If a tax exemption certificate/receipt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act has already been generated or processed for a donation, the foundation will absolutely NOT process any refund request under any circumstances, as the data is legally submitted to government authorities.
​3. Technical Errors & Duplicate Transactions
​A refund will only be considered in verified cases of technical glitches, server errors, or network issues where a donor’s bank account is accidentally debited multiple times for a single transaction (duplicate debit).
​Transaction Fee Deduction: In such approved cases of technical errors, any payment gateway processing fees (charged by Razorpay/banks) will be deducted from the refund amount. The foundation will not bear any transaction losses.
​4. How to Submit a Valid Claim
​To claim a refund for a verified duplicate transaction, the donor must email a formal request within 7 clear days from the transaction date to info@daanbhaavfoundation.org with the following information:
​Full Name and Registered Mobile Number of the donor.
​Exact Transaction ID, Date, and Time of the payment.
​Official Bank Statement or screenshot clearly highlighting the duplicate deduction.
​Note: Any request received after 7 days of the transaction will be automatically rejected.
​5. Final Discretion & Legal Jurisdiction
​Management Decision: The Board of Directors of Daan Bhaav Foundation reserves the absolute right to make the final decision on any refund claim after thorough internal verification.
​Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of this policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh, India.
